Responsible for research and programs at Fundación Promaestro. She has been an associate professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where she is pursuing a doctorate in educational teaching knowledge and where she completed a Master’s degree in Quality and Improvement in Education. In addition, as a social worker and family and couple therapist (trained at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas), she has worked in the field of psychosocial intervention and collaborated in various social and educational research projects.

Fundación Promaestro was born from the meeting, the conversation and the commitment of some friends who met in a school classroom. Its aim is to encourage, support, stimulate and recognize good teachers as the key to making our education a good education.
